Floor Cleaning: Vacuum or mop the floors as needed to remove dust and dirt. Pay special attention to high-traffic areas. Disinfect High-Touch Areas: Regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and shared equipment like remote controls, keyboards, and mice. Trash Disposal: Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed. Dispose of trash properly. Restrooms: If the conference room has an attached restroom, ensure it is regularly cleaned and stocked with essentials such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Windows and Glass: Clean windows and glass surfaces to maintain visibility and let in natural light. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
