About Blue Box Boutique Events
Welcome to our unique creative and intimate event venue, a place where imagination meets reality. Our family hosts events regularly and wanted to create a space to bring people together and create beautiful memories. Our artfully designed micro space is a hub of creativity, meticulously crafted to inspire and spark innovation. We offer event packages tailored to intimate gatherings such as birthdays, baby/bridal showers, weddings, and more. It serves as an idyllic backdrop for photoshoots, filming, podcasting, and social media projects. Immerse yourself in our world of creative inspiration and let us assist in making your occasion not just an event, but an unforgettable experience.
1–25 guests → Includes studio + patio only.
26–60 guests → Includes full rental space (studio, patio, and garden area).

- 2 egg wicker chairs

- Chairs (white foldable - up to 50)
- Tables (currently have 9 tables: one 5ft, seven 6ft, & one 8ft)

- Backdrop stand and cloths (black, white, or green color) $30
- (2) Backdrop arches (7ft & 5ft)
- Table cloths / linens (white) $40
- Wooden decor table top / full table $45
- 🎤 Speaker and up to 2 mics $40
- 🍽 Dinner settings (porcelain plates, porcelain bowls, glass cup, and silver flatware) - $5 per person

- 📝 Event planner & decor assistant (2hrs) - $300
- 🎶 Live Band (keys, guitar/bass, & drums for 2hrs) - $600
- 🎭 Event Host / Vocalist (2hrs) - $250
- 🎈 Balloon arch/background artisan - $300
- 🥗 Catering - depends on #of guests (usual range $500-$1K)
- 📸 Photographer - $250 per hour

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
