Fabulous yet cozy oasis in the city. Central to so many things including Downtown, Shopping, Museums and more. Highly reviewed as a short term rental, this home would be perfect for family photo shoots, business interviews, gatherings for a chic venue to relax at, and many more. We have hosted film crews in the past to film documentaries and will soon be having an Emmy award winning film crew shoot for a documentary on the OKC bombing. Seasonally the outdoor pool and patio area provide a unique opportunity for various types of shoots or occaisions. Weekends will typically have a minimum of $400-700 spend, depending on the season, to match that of competitor short term rental bookings I would otherwise get on different platforms Because this home is listed on several other short-term rental sites, the calendar is often not up to date. Please just inquire to see if your specific date is available and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
