Three living areas, three fireplaces, large couches throughout. Casa Contenta (3,000 sf) is adobe, has two floors, upstairs views from living room and outdoor deck. Courtyard connects the two and has lots of seating outside, with two large fountains on the property.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a house manager who is in charge of cleaning and uses all green products with no perfumes. We clean with 90% alcohol and have a mister that can spray the 90% alcohol throughout the homes.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
