Vendor Flexibility Outside vendors and alcohol are allowed. Important Booking Information Your reserved time must include setup, event time, and breakdown. Overtime fees may apply if your event runs past your scheduled time, as we often have back-to-back bookings. The space must be returned in the same clean condition it was received. All décor, trash, personal belongings, and vendor items must be removed before the end of your reservation. Tours We’re happy to show you the space. Space is cleaning and sanitized after every booking
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
