Event Packages Available Let us make your planning easier. Our team offers optional event packages that include table setups, themed decor, and even catering with a curated food and beverage experience. Reach out to discuss the best package for your event. Please Note Before Booking: Your reserved time must include all setup, breakdown, and cleanup time. This means your rental window starts at load-in and ends at load-out. Overtime fees will apply for any overages, so please plan accordingly—we often have back-to-back bookings. The space must be returned in the same clean and orderly condition in which it was received. This includes removing all decorations, trash, personal belongings, and equipment. All property brought in by the Renter, including that of guests, vendors, or subcontractors, must be removed by the end of your rental period. Any items left behind will be discarded or removed at the Renter’s expense. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees or damage charges. IMPORTANT NOTICE By entering Lux Studios, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your presence on the property. Lux Studios and its owner are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.
