This members-only private boat club was built in 1901. It's a simple 2 story building for members who love boating, fishing and socializing. It's perfect for that sort of production quality - think photo shoots, commercials, or music videos. Great docks and indoor space with a pool table, bar, kitchen and extra upstairs rooms. It's a classic! (Note: No heat or water is available in winter). Let us know if you'd like to scout. Security deposit: $1500/day

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
