About the Space
While midst in being brought back to life after abandoned, this old historic home offers a flood of natural light through original floor to ceiling windows in most of the house. It's old charm shines though despite being mostly renovated. The space rocks a spooky chic vibe and can be used for smaller retreats, weddings, baby or bridal showers, photoshoots and filming projects, or community events. We have preserved and restored the old original french windows with its original poured glass, and natural and refinished wood floors. The main event room is left mainly empty most of the year so you can have a blank canvas for your project. Throughout the year we offer floral installations that are announced on our website and instagram. The space has wifi, a coffee maker, a working kitchen, chairs, tables, and antiques for photoshoot props.

The space is cleaned after each guest, including disinfecting door handles, bathrooms, and cleaned towels.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
