Uniquely designed, this Loft space is a stand alone unit located conveniently steps from the Damen Blue line station. This industrial design loft comes with a fully equipped kitchen, extra tall ceilings, and a spacious living space that is unlike any other in Chicago. The train runs right by the tall windows in the living room, giving guests the an immersive experience. The space is perfect for dinners, friends/family gatherings, mid-sized parties, discussions, working space, video/photo shoots, and/or creative artistic occasions. Professional cleaners conduct a detailed cleaning after every occasion. Disinfectant is used on all surfaces, and are wiped down three times in a row.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
