Stunning backyard with pool, deck, and lakefront view. Perfect for any events, birthday parties, intimate outdoor weddings, baby showers, gender reveals, marriage proposals, photoshoots, pool party, picnics, or just a relaxing day away from all the chaos. Our backyard includes a large 55” smart TV, seating area, a bar, BBQ area, a wet bar, and outdoor bathroom access. There is a covered terrace that accommodates several tables, chairs and/or couches. Maximum capacity 50 guests. All ages are allowed in the space. Must be 21 years old to drink on the premises. Be mindful that booking time include setup, event time, breakdown and cleaning. *Full service event planner/decorator, and catering service available for extra fee.*

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
