Intimate Gatherings such as dinner parties, photoshoots, networking events, corporate meetings, community service, creative workshops work well in our space. Upon entering there is a large open space for events. There is a medium size room with a door. We have one bathroom and a small break room in the back. There is only one entrance/exit, so all rentals must be able to fit through the door.

We clean after every booking. Cleaning supplies such as All Purpose Disinfectant, Clorox Wipes, Comet powder are also in the space and readily available to guest. The facility has cleaners that come and clean the space everyday during the weekdays.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
