Our home is a versatile and enjoyable venue for various events. It has hosted Christmas Parties, conferences with well known speakers, birthday parties, piano concerts and more. A large great room with two fireplaces, a spacious living room and a library with its own fire places gives a great athmosphere for corporate events and intellectual discussions. A grand Steinway piano in the great room gives the opportunity for live music performances. An open kitchen a butler's room and two dinning rooms adds to the convenience and serviceability of the space, allowing for catering and efficient event management. The two dining rooms provide flexibility for different types of gatherings, whether formal or more casual. The inclusion of a playroom is a thoughtful touch, especially for events with families or those looking to incorporate fun activities. It adds an element of entertainment and relaxation, making the space enjoyable for guests of all ages. When weather allowed it the backyard has held Quinceaneras, fundraisings, films and photo shoots. Capacity outside is 150 people and inside 75.
