Due to the ground floor space being open as a coffee house and lifestyle venue throughout the day, our space is cleaned daily to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
Dependant on the required rental of the space, we can include additional cleaning measures if required at an additional cost to the booking party.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
