K Town 3rd Floor high ceiling bright dance studio space with over 10000 sqft. There is sprung floor. The space is very clean and bright with central AC, sound system, water fountain, different light options, restrooms with changerooms, reception area and high end service. Plenty of street parking. We are renting the space from another studio. It is $250 an hour.
