At our venue at 850 Sacramento Ave., Spring Valley, CA 91977, the health and safety of our guests are of utmost importance. In response to COVID-19, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning and sanitization process to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. 1. Frequent Sanitization: High-touch surfaces and common areas are sanitized frequently throughout the day. This includes door handles, counters, seating areas, and restroom facilities. 2. Professional Cleaning: After each event, the venue undergoes a thorough cleaning by professional cleaners who use EPA-approved disinfectants, ensuring every area is meticulously cleaned and sanitized. 3. Outdoor Area Maintenance: Our outdoor spaces, including the gardens, seating areas, and game equipment, are regularly cleaned and disinfected to maintain a hygienic environment. 4. Restroom Hygiene: The restroom is cleaned and sanitized before, during, and after each event. We also provide hand soap and sanitizer for guest use. 5. Kitchen and Dining Area: If kitchen access is utilized, the area is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event. Utensils, appliances, and surfaces are disinfected to ensure food safety. 6. Ventilation: Being an outdoor venue, we are fortunate to have natural ventilation, reducing the risk of airborne transmission.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
