- Relaxing atmosphere makes this the perfect space for meetings for groups up to 12 people and retreats for groups up to 8, sleeping in 4 bedrooms, one bed per room. - Large dining table can sit up to 10 people, with 2 adjacent club chairs for a total of 12 in the room. - Full kitchen with everything needed to prepare large meals. - Professional chef available upon request for an additional fee. - Has been used to film an ABC news 20/20 piece, and also for an advertising shoot. - Mission style furniture and lighting in every room makes for a timeless location suitable for multiple purposes. - Owner lives nearby and is very flexible, home is an active short term rental so availability is dependent on booking calendar. - Easy access to light rail transit, five minutes to Tacoma Dome and Convention center, walk to multiple restaurants and shopping. - Hourly rate is for meetings, film shoots and other day use. - Overnight and weekly stays have a two day minimum, prices vary by season. - All bookings are through Peerspace after mutual agreement of terms.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
