The newly renovated 1900 Craftsman home offers a full kitchen, living/dining room, 2 downstairs private bedrooms, and a private large 2nd floor attic loft with a half bath. Downstairs Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and closet. Downstairs bedroom #2 has a very comfortable double bed, closet, and a rocking chair. The upstairs attic loft has a queen size bed, an open walk in closet space, and an attached half bath. Downstairs you'll find the open concept flow through from the full kitchen into the living room. Downstairs features a full bathroom with large walk in shower, as well as washer and dryer onsite. Everything you need to feel at home during your stay. A very short walk to Kern park. There are no shared spaces.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
