This is a 210 sq. ft recording and production room with its own private booth, and an industrial vibe/Steampunk. Fully equipped studio: We provide an a la carte selection of equipment for each session. Stock Engineer is provided for those who are recording. Please note in booking if you need an engineer or you have your own. We also provide monthly lockouts, for those who want to book for an extended amount of time. Great space to hold meetings or parties. Especially listening parties. Also a great space to film content, interviews, photoshoots, or podcasts. We also have a kitchen and beautiful spacious yard area for parties, film content, or a photoshoot. Our inside lounge area is also a great space for meetings or to film content, for content creators. Or a wonderful space to film an interview.
