The HUUB is a smoke-free environment. Meals are to be served and consumed in the Parish Hall, or the front lawn area only. Alcoholic beverages may be served in the Parish Hall only, and may never be sold. It is your responsibility to ensure that, at the conclusion of the event, each room is properly cleaned, organized and returned to the same condition you found it. All dishes should be washed and all garbage disposed of and placed in one of the trash cans outside. All recycling (bottles and cans) needs to be taken with you at the end of the event. If you use the kitchen area, all dishes used must be washed and put away, all equipment cleaned (stoves, coffee makers, sinks, etc.), and all floors swept as necessary. No sports or games with balls are allowed in the Parish Hall. Our venue is equipped with air conditioners during the Summertime. We install the air conditioning in late-May or early-June once the weather is consistently warm enough. If your event is in the Spring or Fall and you are concerned about climate control, please discuss with our team. Please note - We require a $200 fully refundable damage deposit in addition to the rental fee.

Our spaces are professionally cleaned weekly. All areas and rooms are disinfected and whipped down in between bookings. Guest are required to leave the space how they found it - including cleaning the space, removing any trash after event, and cleaning and returning any kitchen items used to where they found them.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
