Located in the historic Montavilla neighborhood, this versatile and easily accessible meeting and event space is the perfect spot for your next medium-sized gathering, lunch and learn meeting, photo shoot and more! The space has a lot of light and modern industrial charm with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling front windows, and poured concrete flooring. If you're planning an event with a seated meal, the space can comfortably seat around 35. For a cocktail-party style event which doesn't require seating for all guests, the space works great for up to 45 - 50 guests. Please note: Part of this space is utilized as a full production kitchen on certain days of the week. Depending on the day and time, the kitchen area may be in use. Regardless of whether it is in use or not, that area of the space is off-limits and not available for use by anyone renting the space for an event or meeting or photoshoot.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
