A modern and inviting space that was recently renovated. This private and luxurious space boasts a large bar with two speedwells, a secondary high top, as well as multiple lounge areas, including tabled seating and two fireplaces. There is a separate room with more seating, a coat check area, and private bathrooms. Amenities include two TVs with cable and sports packages, a full bar with spirits, wine, and taps that can be customized to your request, and a state-of-the-art sound system for you to curate the perfect mood for your event. Important to Note: 21+ only venue. Located in Excelsior on Mission at Persia, our bar is a great venue for groups of 75. A full-service bar and surround sound system will provide any group with a great backdrop for birthdays, holiday parties, celebrations, weddings, etc. Please reach out for any questions. __________________________________ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS VENUE & AMENITIES What is included with my reservation? All reservations include exclusive use of the entire space. Amenities include two TV screens, a full bar service with spirits, wine, and taps that can be customized to your request, and an aux audio hookup sound system. Can I decorate the space? Yes! All decorations must be pre-approved and removed at the end of your event. Can I bring a DJ? Yes! Your DJ must bring their own equipment/speakers and must abide by the SF Noise Ordinance. While we will be monitoring the sound levels, it is also your responsibility to ensure that your DJ follows the noise regulations. Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your event. How long can I have the music on? You can play music up until 30 minutes before the end of your event. COST What is the expected cost for this event? In addition to the Peerspace rate, there is a cleaning fee and a bar minimum spend requirement. What is the bar minimum spend? The bar minimum is the amount that your party must spend at the bar (before tax and gratuity). The amount varies based on party size and availability. Please inquire for more information. Who is responsible for the bar minimum? Typically, each member of your party will be responsible for their respective bar tab. However, we can also arrange an open bar where you can cover all or a portion of the minimum. Your Host will provide updates on the amount spent throughout the event. How can the bar minimum be met? The bar minimum can be met by purchasing drinks at the bar. Please note, however, that any amount spent on non-drink items such as food will not count towards the bar minimum. What happens if my party cannot meet the bar minimum? As the person responsible for the booking, you must pay the difference. FOOD & BEVERAGES Can I see the menu? Yes, please inquire for more information. While not included in the menu, cocktails are also available. We can also accommodate cocktail requests to create a unique menu for your event. When is the last call for orders at the bar? Last call for orders is 30 minutes before the end of your event. Can I bring my own drinks instead of using the bar service? Unfortunately, no. All reservations must include the bar service, and we do not allow outside beverages. Do you have food? Yes, we have various in-house options. Please inquire for more information. Can I bring my own food? Yes, the service charge to accommodate outside catering is $200, and we must verify all items before the event. Any unauthorized items will not be allowed into the venue. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT How do I check in for the event? You'll need to check in with the Host by providing a valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card to hold. Information about the Host will be provided before the event. What is your cleaning policy? All decorations, leftover food, and other miscellaneous items must be removed from the venue by the end of your event. While we will do our best to look out for any leftover belongings, please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost items. You are also responsible for organizing your trash in a designated area (bags are provided). How do I check out of the event? Check-out occurs when all items have been removed from the venue and all members of your party have exited. The Host will inspect the venue for any damages and other leftover items. After, any remaining tabs will be settled and your card and ID will be returned.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
