Luxurious modern home to rent for productions or events. The spaces for your use include: - The stunning courtyard (9,300 sq. ft.) features a sizable swimming pool (1,250 sq. ft), hot tub, and well-maintained landscape of turf, palm trees and other plants, with ample space to set up tables and chairs for an event or equipment for a shoot. The house's unique design surrounding the courtyard on all four sides offers exceptional privacy. - The newly renovated designer kitchen (1,200 sq. ft.) contains two stone islands, custom wood cabinetry, concrete accents, a backlit wet bar, and oversized pantry. - The grand parlor/dining room (900 sq. ft.) features two round dining tables and one long concrete table, four club chairs with coffee table, gorgeous light fixtures, and a baby grand piano. - Two bathrooms, one off of the parlor room and the other accessible from the courtyard, near the pool. No smoking in house, courtyard, or within 25 feet of house. Remain in designated areas associated with booking - residents or other events will be occupying other areas of the home. Renter must book all time needed in the space, from setup to cleanup. Overtime will be charged at the hourly rate. A $1,000 security deposit will be held separately and refunded the next business day following the event, pending no damages or overtime. The security deposit is to be paid directly to the host through PayPal or Zelle the day before the booking. An adult must be actively supervising use of the pool, hot tub, or playroom at all times they are in use. Outside food and alcohol is permitted. No cookware will be provided - please bring all dishes, flatware, etc. needed for food prep and consumption. Music is permitted. The city of Winter Park has a noise ordinance that caps volume to 80 db and must be turned off or to a low volume at 10 pm. Any other loud activities must also conclude by 10 pm. Moving furniture is permitted, but must be returned to its exact place. Renter will be liable for all furniture, so please take care in moving it. If you feel your guests could inadvertently damage any of the furniture (e.g. spilling a drink on a rug), we recommend you move it or take care to cover it.
