Please note that we can configure the layout of this room subject to your liking. Please note that we can adjust the furniture layout for this room only. The St James Boardroom - The St James’s Boardroom seats 8 to 10 and is equipped with a Samsung Ultra HD TV screen for audio-visual presentations direct from your laptop via Apple TV, Samsung screen mirroring or by using the built-in HDMI socket. The Piccadilly Room - The Piccadilly meeting room seats up to 4 - 6 people on a round table and is equipped with a Samsung HD TV screen for audio-visual presentations directly from your laptop via Apple TV, Samsung screen mirroring or by using the built-in HDMI socket Kitchen/Lounge Area - Kitchenette facility which can be used for breakout session with two tables and a self-service fridge LOCATION This event space is situated in the heart of London’s Mayfair with excellent access to transport links, conveniently located with a 3 minute walk from Green Park underground station, a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus underground station, and a 17 minute walk from London Charing Cross main line station. Situated adjacent to Old Bond Street and close to Jermyn Street where luxury retailing, exceptional restaurants and hotels are located. HISTORY James Bond author, Ian Fleming, named his gold-infatuated villain after his neighbour, architect Ernő Goldfinger, with whom he apparently was not on the best of terms. In the 1950s, Ernő Goldfinger's design for two office buildings was praised for its sensitivity to the surrounding Georgian architecture. So when you are on site with us, you will might notice the odd link to James Bond through the décor.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
