Welcome to Studio Fedore where we give you a one of kind experience located just minutes away from DTLA: Boyle Heights. Just walking distance from local restaurants and markets. Free & easy street parking available as well. (Street cleaning Thursdays & Fridays 10a-12p) **For only $68/hr extra you can book a Photographer with 1 FREE backdrop of your choice and FREE Polaroid photos w/ ALL Equipment included! Due to space being fairly small. *1 Extra person is $20* BACKDROP PRICING: - W 5ft x L 6.5ft : $39 - W 5ft x L 5ft : $20 - W 5ft x L 7ft : $20 ADD ONS: - Large Fur Rug: 4’ x 6’ - $10 - Small Fur Rug: 30” x 47” - $5 (Exact size of the foldable table) - Foldable Table: $10 - Steamer w/ built-in Hanger: $12 - Additional Led Panel: $8 - Genesis light w/ 3 filters: $10 - 1 Extra Person: $20 - Alcohol Consumption: $10 NOTE: - The space does NOT provide natural light, only controlled lighting - It is NOT soundproof & you may hear noises - Have music/noise levels at reasonable volume, please respect neighbors - The space is fairly small & can only accommodate a maximum of 5 people per booking (3 with photographer) - Food & drinks allowed ONLY in the grass wall area behind the curtains - Alcohol is allowed with a flat fee of $10 - Central AC only. It’s automatic, I cannot adjust the temperature - Furniture is allowed to be moved but please place it where you found it (minimum fee $20) - The loft area is strictly PROHIBITED. (Minimum fee $500) - We have cameras located outside and inside the studio to monitor safety, late departures, damages and extra fees/charges. We review footage when proof is required of the above actions. - Your set up and clean up needs to be done between your booking timeframe. You will be charged overtime if it’s not respected REMINDER: Please read all HOST RULES before booking to avoid any extra charges/fees!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
