Prime boutique location with hight ceilings for private events such as: fashion collection presentations, short-term pop-ups, fashion/art/aesthetic/photo and make-up artist performances educational and presentational programs with filming and photo studio possibilities The main space is equipment with: Clothing racks, 2 mannequins, 1 large ottoman , 1 large mirror, 6 small chairs, 1 glass top presentational display, 2 large acrylic shelves, 3 acrylic cubes 1 wine cooler 2 large front windows Privet fitting area is equipment with: 2 fittings areas TV Storage closet 1 display 1 chair For any special event with DJ and Alcohol - the space is required a BH city/Fire Department approval. Sound system and Wi-Fi are included. The main space is equipment with large LED sphere that could be programming with different videos, this service is required extra time and the cost to be provided separately depends on timing and quantity’s of the videos. The on-site restroom is available only for employees or team members who is renting the space, the public restroom is available in the main building.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
