Sun Drenched Top-Floor Apartment

The space is bright and open with a colorful feel and welcoming vibe. Eclectic and vibrant, but grounded as to not feel too lofty. My space is welcome for production shoots and video recordings. The large living area is sun-drenched during the day, even on cloudy days. The semi-separate dining cove is off the kitchen, but can be out of frame if featured directly from the front. My bedroom is left "designed" for a clean, minimal look and feel. But still has the warmth and relaxing tone as the rest of the space. The furniture is somewhat modular and can be reconfigured to meet a variety of needs.
