THE AREA
Located in the quiet suburb of Bentleigh, and a 10 minute drive to bayside beaches. There are several large parks and cafes nearby. The property is also located between 2 train stations, approximately 600m away for easy public transport access.
CLEANING
An additional cleaning fee of $125-$250 applies to each booking, depending on how many rooms/spaces are utilised.
