Our modern and newly renovated Villa is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. You will find a total of 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. *There is an extra Sofa bed for two people. The heart of this Villa is an open-concept living space that seamlessly blends the living area, dining area, and a fully furnished kitchen with a stylish breakfast island. As you step into the backyard you will find a saltwater pool with deck chairs, a lounge area to relax admiring the panoramic views of the desert mountains, and also a BBQ area. Additionally, there is a second very luminous living area with direct access to the pool. The Villa’s main features: - A private backyard with a saltwater pool, lounge area, and bbq. - Breathtaking mountain views - Great location: 5 minutes away from downtown and airport Services & Common areas: - There’s free parking on the premises for 2 cars + free street parking. - Pool heating: Upon request, our pool can be heated to a soothing temperature of approximately 83 degrees. Please note that there is an extra fee of $109 per night, this payment is made before your arrival as it takes around 8-12 hours for the pool to reach the ideal temperature.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
