1. The Participants and Users are responsible for orientation of the facility including its exits, equipment fixtures and fittings. 2. No Smoking anywhere within the Training Facility. 3. Damages to Facility. The Participants and Users are responsible for any un-reasonable damages to the facility, equipment, fixtures and fittings. Theses damages exclude normal wear and tear. All damages are to be reported to MSDS as soon as possible. Payment and cost of fixing broken items will be agreed before works are done. 4. Please return all Equipment to their Storage Locations. 5. Please dispose of all rubbish and waste in the bins provided (separate recycling) 6. Please clean up any messes created. 7. All food items stored in the fridge for longer than 1 week, will be disposed of. 8. The Participants and Users are responsible for the care of all electronic equipment, tables, whiteboards, chairs at the facility. 9. Showers This is important for safety that the floor be kept dry at all times within the shower area, and that the safety slip mats are kept in place. The Participants and Users are responsible for keeping this dry after use. 10. All exit paths are to be kept clear. 11. Please leave the toilets as you would expect to find them. 12. MSDS is not responsible for training undertaken by the Participants and Users at the facility. Participants and Users are responsible for having the requisite insurance for their training. 13. All booking to be cancelled must be done so minimum 48 hours in advance. All cancellations less than that will be charged. 14. MSDS accepts no responsibility for Injuries to persons, damage or loss to belongings to anyone using, training at or visiting the facility. 15. The Renter must nominate a primary contact to liaise with bookings, invoices and for general contact regarding use of the facility.
