About Area Bar
We have a well appointed space that is perfect for groups up to about 75. Our walls are adorned with murals by local artists. We have a digital projector and TVs that can be used to show your photos and video content. The wall behind the bar is monochromatic so can feature anything your creativity can muster. We have a full bar and professional staff on hand. We hope to see you and do our best to make your event special and memorable. *We recently reduced our hourly rate from $150 to $125 to make it more affordable for guests who will be required to obtain “event insurance” per Peerspace terms of service. I found at least one place online that will do event insurance for under $70.

We have porters that work as a team to keep the space tidy and fresh. We recycle and remove trash every day.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
