Directly in front of the entryway, step into our ultra-cozy living room, where you'll find a curved sectional couch, two lounge chairs, a 55-inch Smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace. In this space, you'll have tons of natural light streaming through our large windows. Past the living room, is the dining room with seating for 6 consisting of Mies Van Der Rohe and Hank Loewenstein vintage chairs and a Noguchi-like pendant light. Then step into the luxe and soulful chef's kitchen fully-stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The house has 3 bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom features a King-size bed, walk-in closet, and 50 in smart tv, and nearby bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, nearby bathroom and door leading to the back office. Head down the staircase to (3) our third bedroom with a King-size bed, dresser, large closet with a nearby bathroom with a walk in shower and double vanity custom marble sink. Outside, enjoy the home's outdoor living with a fully fenced in backyard, covered patio with a dining table set, lounge chairs, and BBQ grill. In front of the house, is the west-facing covered front porch with a porch swing and accent chairs to enjoy capturing the sunset. Parking is very easy (alley and street parking).
