About the Space
We are a coffeeshop/retail space located in Old town Beaverton on Watson Ave. Conveniently located next to bars, restaurants, beer gardens! Space caters to hosting various events/dinner parties and gatherings as we have an open layout and seating for 15-18 people with additional couch seating for a lounge feel. Open windows throughout the entire space as well as a large L-shape countertop for a large surface area to be used as you wish. We also have a full kitchen in the back in case food needs to be warmed up and a ADA accessible bathroom. Option for nighttime rental 6pm - midnight $150/hr- minimum of 3 hour rental

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
