About the Space
Enjoy this stylish home located in a great location. 15 mins to the east starts the beautiful coastline while 15 mins to the west you have the nightlife of downtown. Jax airport is 20 mins to the North and UNF is 10 minutes to the South. You are surrounded by nonstop restaurants and eateries in addition to stores and little shops for almost anything you could think of.
The house was designed with technology in mind. All lights, including lamps, can be controlled by the smart light switches on the wall. Most of the lights can change colors via the same switch.
The house is keyless entry for your convenience.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
