About the Space
This house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house is available to host approximately 30 people on the inside and an additional 50 people outside. The space has a fully functional kitchen and full size appliances. All rooms are equipped with smart televisions and there is free WiFi throughout. Small bluetooth enabled speakers are available. Central air conditioning is available during the summer and heat during the winter. The backyard features an enclosed privacy fence with gate. Every surface is cleaned with a multi-purpose cleaner that has bleach and other virus combative ingredients. Lysol is used on all touch surfaces. The bedding is cleaned after EVERY event and the porous furniture is cleaned often.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
