This exquisite designer condo is a private 1 bed/1 bath unit. The living room is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, allowing access to the web (Cable, Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus, etc.) for your entertainment. Our pullout sofa bed can comfortably sleep 2 adults. Bed sheets, pillows, and blankets for the sofa bed are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner electric stove, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dinnerware, wine glasses, wine cooler, and a hot water kettle. Seasoning, coffee pods, snacks, and teas are provided as well. The laundry room includes an en-suite washer and dryer, along with detergent. Additionally, a small ironing board and clothes iron are available for your use. The building is fully secure with fob access and a roaming concierge/security. One secured underground parking stall is included during your stay. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
