Events, Bridal showers, Wedding showers, Birthday parties, Retirement parties, Wedding Anniversaries, 40 people maximum for hors d'oeuvres, sit-down dining capacity 28 people 2. Indoor Weddings for 40 people or less, 25 capacity for indoor ceremony. Must rent all 6 bed & breakfast rooms to schedule event 3. Outdoor weddings for 125 people or less, must rent all 6 bed & breakfast rooms to schedule event. 4. Business Meeting for up to 12 people. Great Wi-Fi, available on request: printer, projector, screen. Up to 8 rooms available for lodging if needed.
