Host an intimate celebration or brand gathering above San Diego in this contemporary Mt. Helix home with sweeping west-facing views of the Pacific, Downtown, Point Loma, the Coronado Islands and Coronado Bridge. The open kitchen and living area, custom architectural finishes, balconies and sunset views are well suited to proposals, showers, milestone dinners, executive receptions, product launches and small celebrations. The space is intentionally capped at 25 attendees to protect guest comfort, parking logistics and the surrounding residential neighborhood. The base rate covers up to 10 attendees, with transparent attendee pricing for groups of 11–25. The detached loft/guesthouse is separate inventory and is included only when specifically stated in the reservation or custom offer. All setup, decorating, vendor access, breakdown and cleanup must fit within the booked time.
