Intimate Mt. Helix Loft with Panoramic Views for Micro Events

A private detached loft in Mt. Helix designed for intimate, controlled gatherings of up to 8 guests. The space pairs a clean creative interior with hillside and panoramic views, making it a strong fit for creator meetups, small brand presentations, planning sessions, workshops, interviews, and quiet micro-celebrations. Guests enter through a private exterior entrance after unloading in the driveway and carrying items down one exterior flight of stairs. The booking includes Wi-Fi and one standard restroom. This is a residential hillside setting, so outdoor sounds, wind, landscaping, traffic, aircraft, and normal property noise may occasionally be present. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome, but there is no guest kitchen or cooking area. Alcohol, DJs, live music, amplified music, smoking, open flames, glitter, ticketed events, and general parties are not permitted. Noise must end by 9:00 PM, hours are fixed, and all setup and cleanup must remain within the reserved time.
