Perfect space for all your dramatic/scary shoot. Lots of patina. Huge building with dramatic lighting and a lot of depth. Keep in mind that this is an old factory and not a soundstage. Audio, power and amenities reflect that. But art department can’t create this look without a big budget. Come to our place and create. We work in film production and are here to help you realize your vision.

The bathrooms are cleaned between bookings. Due to the look of the location, the location is kept as is in order to maintain the patina. If you need specific areas cleaned, discuss details during booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
