About Bread and Butter Collection

Our space has been used for a wide range of events and is unique in the way that it can cater for almost anything. Kitchen: It has a fully functioning kitchen and space to feed up to 35 guests so it's perfect for supper clubs and guest chefs. Music + Events: Ability to host large-scale music based events. Decks + full soundsystem available for hire. Fully functional bar with minimum bar spend option. Filming: We have capacity to host a filming crew if you need somewhere to shoot in central London. We have other things happening in the building so please reach out to discuss. This space is available for: - Events / Special Events - DJ/Music events - Birthday Parties - Dinner Parties - Family Reunions - Holiday Party - Bridal Shower - Baby Shower - Launch Party - Pop-Up Events - etc Food & Drink: Typically run a bar with min. spend (see details below) BYOB alcohol permitted (corkage fee of £10pp) Catering can be provided by venue (please let us know if you require this) External Catering permitted Capacity: Seated: 35 Standing: 75 Chairs: 35 Tables: 5 Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. This is fully refundable, as long as your minimum spend is met on the evening.

As our space functions as a cafe and cooperative workspace everyday it's always kept very clean. Pre/post events we of course pay special attention to detail to make sure it's ready for your event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
