Newly renovated architectural midcentury modern home originally built in 1962 by the pioneering Korean architect David Hyun. Beautiful light throughout, green lush yard, sparkling pool, modern furniture and decor. Balconies and deck made of Brazilian ipe wood provide great vantage points and beautiful natural light. Great for photos shoots and documentary interviews. The following areas can be utilized for an extra fee. EXTRA COSTS "The Dirty Room" : A clandestine 70's vibe speak-easy / game room with pool table, poker table, organ, stain glassed window, casino style carpet, movie seats, church pew, gaming area and more. Please inquire for costs and restrictions. Any shoot 4 hours or longer will require a site manager fee of $200/ 8 hour shift.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
