About the Space
Welcoming creatives to our studio which features industrial elements, a shattered mirror exhibit, and the “hair chair”. The studio has tons of natural daylight for daytime shooting. Lights will be needed after sundown! There is roof top access in the building for an extra photo location. There are lots of different ways to play around with our unique set designs and utilize the space. We will also be providing a ladder at the studio to capture the shots from up top. We can accommodate music videos, photo shoots and even events depending on the number of guests. This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. We have our space professionally cleaned after every shoot or usage of the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
