Cozy meeting and workshop space in living room like bar in Parkdale

The space is a bar/ community space built for connecting people, interesting conversation and building community. During the day we like to make the space available to people to have meetings, workshops, work socials and more! The space is designed to look and feel like a cozy living room with exposed brick, oak furniture with warm tones, fairy lights on the ceiling and plenty of books. It is 13'8" by 57' with an 8'2" by 14'4" bar dividing the space. On site we have - 25 folding chairs - 2 large folding tables - 3 high tops - 3 smaller sitting tables - 12 high chairs - a couch - a long bench Furniture can be arranged in any way to suit your needs with more furniture available to be brought in if needed. The capacity of the space is around 60 to 70 but numbers range depending on what the space is being used for. Equipment: a projector with a pulldown screen a sound system with speakers throughout the space mics and a variety of cables and adapters There are outlets throughout the bar so that everyone can plug in their laptops and other equipment as needed and on-site staff to help set up everything you need. Finally, we also have bar services and catering available! For catering we partner with a number of different restaurants so can accommodate most pallets. For drinks we can do standard beer wine and bar rail, or we can also make fun cocktails and even a few custom drinks! Contact us for more details on our different packages!
