The whole studio space is 1,500 square feet with a welcome kitchenette common/waiting area, dresser room, restroom, and two studio rooms. You booked Studio Two which is approximately 700 square ft. with radiant natural and artificial warm ceiling lights. This space has beige/tan hardwood floors and faux brick walls. The space has a sectional teal-painted backdrop with a desk, a theme wall, chairs, light stands, photography softboxes, and many props. This space is good for photoshoots and content creation. We are always periodically updating the photo studio furniture, props, design aesthetic, and equipment. Our creative studio in Hollywood, College Park, Maryland—proudly run by a team of accomplished professional photographer, Sean, Tre, and Victoria. Sean and Tre, the Studio’s Founders & Owners, and Victoria, Co-Owner and Lead Studio Manager, bring over 15 years of combined expertise to this space. FYI: If one of the Owners has to accommodate your photoshoot/creative session by assisting, consulting, and/or teaching by any means, an add-on fee will be added to your booking. There are disinfecting wipes, paper towels, and mop if you have any spills or liquid food accidents. Please take out the trash when you use it. Please put any camera equipment, devices, and props you use back where you found in an organize fashion.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
