Rental includes access to bathroom and changing room but can be upgraded to include modern farmhouse living room, dining room, kitchen, and office. This space has been used for hundreds of youtube videos, lifestyle photoshoots, and commercial photography and videography. The lighting package includes Profoto Strobes or Aputure Video Lighting, Nanlite Pavo Tubes, and the necessary C-stands, light modifiers and an assistant/gaffer to show you how everything works. The quality of content you'll be able to produce in this space is unmatched. With tons of natural light, high quality furniture, and modern minimalist design, you will have exactly what you need to produce engaging content.

Our space is cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before and after each use. All fabric surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant and towels/comforters/floor mats are laundered.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
