About the Space
The Center for Architecture and Design opened in 2020 and is the home for several local nonprofit organizations located in a building designed by famous architect, Mies van der Rohe. There is also a multipurpose space and conference room available that can hold upwards of 75 guests depending on the event needs. The Center offers AV abilities such as a projector, screen, microphone, webcam, and WIFI. Additionally, there are numerous tables and chairs that can be oriented in various ways to meet your specific requirements, along with moveable walls! There is a functioning kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator including a freezer, ice maker, industrial coffee maker, tea kettle, beer fridge, and ample counter space for food. There are restrooms located on the same floor, but just outside the space, as well as several access entry points from both inside the building or from the street.

The building provides regular cleaning within the space nightly, in addition to various cleaning products that will be made available if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
