Our studio comprises five uniquely designed rooms tailored to meet all your content creation needs, whether it's photography, videography, podcast recordings, intimate meetings, & more Upon booking, access a diverse array of unlimited props and decor, including a charming clawfoot tub for added versatility. Indulge in our studio amenities, including a snack corner, a coffee and cappuccino bar, and a toiletry bar, ensuring a pleasurable experience for all our studio guests. Pricing Includes the rental of your choice of 1 room, Studio 1 which includes 2 accent walls (black and white), Suite 1 which is our vintage room with frames on the wall, Suite 2 which is the podcast room with the mustard couch, suite 3 which is the all white room, and suite 4 which is the all black room. Please include the room you would like to rent in your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
