Our lounge, located in Arts District, is ideal for small/large gatherings, social events, celebrations, and more. Its conveniently located and equipped with a kitchenette space. Spacious enough to accommodate groups up to 50 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 35 - Large Kitchen Island with 5 barstools - Smart TV (guests can connect to the TV using an HDMI cord, not included) - Kitchenette equipped with sink, microwave, food warmer, and mini refrigerator - Wi-Fi - Data Ports **Reservation is for the interior lounge only and does not include access to the outdoor seating area** Take a 3D Tour: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=J9qwdArsjHT Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
