Come on out and visit our brand new recording studio tucked away in beautiful Fort Erie, Ontario. We are a fully equipped and full service recording studio. The recording equipment is only available for use when booking a session with an in house engineer, or if you are a well-versed engineer yourself. Features: •800 sqft •Full Live Room and seperate Control Room •12' high ceilings •2 large windows and lots of natural light •Control room with 2 sets of speakers and recording console •Vintage Furniture •High-speed Guest WIFI •Heating and air conditioning CAPACITY: maximum 12 people allowed Minimum booking: 5 Hours

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
