Nestled discretely at the end of a private road this beautiful compound has a 2200 square foot main house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a 1600 square foot guest house (outside usage only) as well as a 400 square foot little bungalow with a bathroom. Additionally, a 6 stall barn with 12x12 box stalls that have outdoor runs and 2 small pastures and an arena are available. All of this sits on roughly 1.5 acres of beautiful land. The property was meticulously updated in 2021 boasting a modern and clean farmhouse aesthetic with a large main living space with vaulted ceilings and gorgeous natural light. The yard is an entertainers delight with citrus trees, a large beautiful grass area, and garden with a beautiful covered patio. Our barn is home to several horses in full training. Many of the horses can be used in shoots provided arrangements are made with our on-site trainer. Our trainer is also available to take horses to other locations for shooting as well.
