Located in Rancho Penasquitos, our lounge offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 10 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 10 - Tables w/chairs - TV - Kitchenette equipped with sink, microwave and mini refrigerator - Wi-Fi *Residents of the building may need to use entrance of space to enter the leasing office. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/drinks. Alcohol is not permitted. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
